Originally Born in Liverpool, Blue was birthed into the House Music DJ'ing scene, but always longed to spin Grime, Baile Funk, hip-hop and R&B tracks. At 18, during a summer trip visiting family near Barcelona, he decided to teach himself how to create beats; so he would have something to paint/ graffiti to. Blue imagines himself spray painting whilst crafting his beats and notes this as the reason behind the introspective, laid-back vibe of his music. he is also 1/2 of Brown X Blue on Reprezent Radio who have DJ'd everywhere from Gorrilaz world tour, lovebox, Nike, TATE Britain and this years upcoming Parklife festival.
